Geoff Wilson

Geoff has broad experience in private equity, management consulting, and corporate strategy leadership roles. His capability and experience set spans strategic, financial, and organizational initiatives in institutions large and small. Thematically, Geoff focuses on enlightened approaches to strategy, performance, and leadership.

Geoff is Founder and Principal of Wilson Growth Partners, LLC (WGP).  WGP is a strategic advisory firm with a focus on serving clients on strategic revenue growth, performance improvement, and transformational change initiatives.

Prior to founding WGP, Geoff was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Milliken & Company, an innovation-driven diversified manufacturing company with businesses in the specialty chemicals, textiles, performance materials, and floor covering sectors. At Milliken, he led corporate strategy, M&A, and special initiatives. Prior to Milliken, Geoff was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he was an acknowledged thought leader at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, and operations through his work as a leader of the firm’s Capital Productivity practice. Geoff has also held financial analyst roles with Comerica Ventures, Imperial Bancorp, and UBS/PaineWebber.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Master of Arts degree from Stanford University. Geoff was a 3 year letter winner and 30-game starter as a football player at Stanford. He subsequently received his MBA degree with high distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Geoff is fellow of Liberty Fellowship SC, an affiliate of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. He has served as an Adjunct Instructor of Accounting, Business & Finance at Wofford College. He is a board member of Liberty Fellowship SC and is a resident of Spartanburg County, South Carolina, where he lives with his wife, Lindsay, and their four children.
